If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform the customer and explain the available options.

Available payment methods will be shown during the ordering process or confirmed by our team. Customers should follow the payment instructions provided at checkout or during order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery is currently intended for selected areas, including Paonta Sahib, Vikasnagar, and Dehradun, subject to service availability.

Free delivery is available on eligible orders of ₹300 or more, subject to the applicable delivery terms. Orders below this amount may incur delivery charges, which will be communicated before confirmation.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by weather, transport, product availability, or other circumstances.

6. Cancellations, Damaged Products & Issues

If your order is incorrect, damaged, leaking, or has another issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please share your order details and clear photographs, where relevant, so we can review the issue and explain the available resolution.

Cancellation, replacement, and refund requests will be handled according to our applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and relevant consumer protection laws.
